Have you ever wondered what a shamanic journey is?
Join us for a fun and relaxed journey experience to the three worlds. You will learn how a journey can assist you in your everyday life as well as where you go when you journey, and so much more. We will begin with teaching you about the different journey Levels: Lower, upper, middle and Secret Garden, and we will assist you with practicing different journey techniques to the sound of drumming.
Beginners and all levels of journeyers are welcome.
Date: Sunday August 10th
Time: 1-4pm
Cost $20.00 due at the door. Class size limited, to register please email: Sonia@resonance-healing.com
Location: Spirit2Spirit Equine Facilitated Healing Center in Stanwood, WA. Address and Directions will be sent after registration
Suggested to bring: yoga mat, eye covers or scarf , blanket, journal/ pen (optional)
