Have you ever wondered what a shamanic journey is?
Join us for a fun and relaxed class on the basics! You will learn how a journey can assist you in your everyday life as well as where you go when you journey, and so much more. We will begin with teaching you about the different journey Levels: Lower, upper, middle and Secret Garden, and we will assist you with practicing different journey techniques to the sound of drumming and help you set up your secret garden. (Which is the starting point for all journeys.)
Beginners and all levels of journeyers are welcome.

Time: 1-3pm
Cost $15.00. Pre-registration required. Class size limited.
Location: Spirit2Spirit Equine Facilitated Healing Center in Stanwood, WA. Address and Directions will be sent after registration
Suggested to bring: yoga mat, eye covers or scarf , blanket, journal/ pen (optional)

Winter Skincare and Honey Scrubs Workshop
Learn to make simple, effective, healing face and body serums with Michelle Mahler of Circle of Healing!
March 17, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm
Demonstrations and recipes include:
Daily face and eye serum, All-over-body treatment, organic sugar scrubs, honey infused with rose, honeysuckle, and your choice of essential oils to nurture and build elasticity and make your skin GLOW!
Organic Personal lubricants, and healing balms for feminine internal issues; soothing oils for Winter Skin care, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, chapped and flaky skin.
Michelle will have notes, recipes for everyone. Each attendee will create a personal Daily Facial serum and Honey Scrub to take home. A variety of wonderful Skin and Hair care products will be available for purchase after the class.
